About the role
The Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA), headquartered in Honiara, Solomon Islands, is recruiting a Finance, Procurement and Administration Officer for the GCF Regional Tuna Project. This is a role where finance meets one of the Pacific's most important development agendas: the Green Climate Fund-backed Regional Tuna Project supports climate-resilient, sustainable tuna fisheries across the region, and this officer will keep its money and administration in order. Responsibilities span project financial management, procurement processes, and general administration — ensuring donor funds are spent properly, reported accurately, and accounted for to international standards. Published on 7 October 2026, the position is on-site in Honiara and would suit a finance professional with project or donor-fund experience who wants their work to serve Pacific communities. A detailed Information & Remuneration Package is available on the posting. To apply, visit the FFA jobs page — applications are submitted via recruitment@ffa.int.
