About the role

Silversands Grenada, a luxury resort in St. George's, is looking for a Group & Special Experiences Manager to design and deliver unforgettable stays for group and event guests. This is a permanent full-time role at one of the Caribbean's most distinctive hospitality addresses. You will own the group and events segment end to end: responding to enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating with sales, culinary, spa and activities teams, and personally overseeing the on-site execution of weddings, corporate retreats, buyouts and special celebrations. From the first enquiry to the fond farewell, you will be the trusted point of contact ensuring every detail reflects the resort's luxury standards. This role calls for a polished hospitality professional with experience in group sales, events or guest relations at a luxury property, outstanding organisational skills, and the warmth to build lasting client relationships. Requirements

- Experience in luxury hospitality, ideally in group sales, events or guest experiences - Excellent organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail - Confident communicator able to build relationships with high-end clientele - Flexibility to be present for events, including evenings and weekends
