About the role

The Romanian Academy's Timișoara branch is recruiting an internal public auditor, grade IA, for its Internal Public Audit Department. This is a permanent, full-time post of eight hours a day, focused on checking how public funds and internal processes are managed, assessing risks and controls, and helping the institution work in line with the rules. A typical day will include reviewing documents and procedures, testing controls, preparing audit findings and recommendations, and discussing results with colleagues so that weaknesses can be corrected. Requirements

Long-cycle higher economic studies with a licence diploma or equivalent; at least five years of experience in the required field of study, including at least two years in a public institution; professional competences in internal audit, risk management, internal control and governance; Windows and Microsoft Office operation; one to two foreign languages of international circulation at B2 level; no employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons in the last three years and no contract terminated during probation at the employer's initiative in the period stated in the listing.
