About the role
GoCardless, the global leader in bank-to-bank payments, is looking for an IT Technician to join its Riga, Latvia office on a full-time, hybrid basis. GoCardless processes recurring payments for businesses in dozens of countries, and its IT team keeps the company's people and offices running smoothly. As an IT Technician you will be the go-to person for workplace technology in the Riga office: setting up laptops and accounts for new joiners, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing meeting-room tech, and supporting colleagues with day-to-day IT needs. You will work with the wider global IT team on projects, asset management and security practices, ensuring a great technology experience for everyone in the office. The role is hybrid in Riga, Latvia, with a gross salary between 1,800 and 2,700 euros.
