About the role

Försvarsmakten is looking for an IT technician (IT-tekniker) for a permanent, full-time civilian post at Karlsborgs Garnison in Karlsborg, starting as soon as possible or by agreement and possibly with six months' probation. You will provide IT support for the garrison, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimisation and configuration of hardware and systems, helping users and keeping the garrison's IT running. Requirements

Upper secondary education in IT or data or equivalent, good Swedish and English spoken and written, and a B driving licence for manual vehicles. The post involves security classification and Swedish citizenship is usually required.

Preferred qualifications

IT project planning, Cisco network operation, Windows Server 2016 or later, and experience of Armed Forces IT systems.
