About the role
The City of Düsseldorf is looking for a kitchen assistant for one of its daycare centres, in part- or full-time work. You will prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and snacks for the children, cover kitchen duties in other centres when colleagues are absent, carry out cleaning work in the kitchen, handle laundry tasks and support other domestic work. Training as a cook or housekeeper is an advantage but not required; what matters is a careful, responsible way of working, commitment, flexibility and enjoyment of working with children.
