About the role
The Air National Guard is looking for a Management Analyst with the 193rd Special Operations Wing in Middletown, Pennsylvania, improving how a busy special-operations unit plans, organises and delivers its work. You will study workflows and procedures, gather and analyse data, recommend improvements, prepare reports and briefings, and help managers put better processes into practice. This full-time, permanent role is graded GS 9 to 11 depending on experience. You need specialised experience in management analysis or a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with military and civilian colleagues alike.
