About the role
The Architect of the Capitol is seeking a senior Management and Program Analyst to lead customer service and customer experience work in Washington, DC. You will advise senior management, lead implementation of the Customer Experience Program, develop metrics that show whether services are genuinely improving, and coordinate complex efforts that cut across the organisation. The role suits an experienced analyst who can turn feedback and data into practical change and carry colleagues along with it. Qualification requires one full year of specialised experience in managing and developing customer-service frameworks, developing policies and procedures to assess and enhance the customer experience, analysing and measuring programme effectiveness, and using interactive training techniques; there is no education substitution. Because the announcement closes once 150 applications arrive, which may be before the stated date, apply early. This GS-14 post offers a rare chance to shape how one of the nation's most visible public institutions serves the people who use its buildings and services.
