About the role
The Environmental Protection Inspectorate is looking for a Principal Specialist to work in its Methodology, Risk Assessment and Control Planning Directorate in Chisinau, on a permanent, full-time, on-site basis. This is a behind-the-scenes role that shapes how inspections are planned and carried out. You will give methodological support for the general planning of the inspectorate's work, help put strategic documents on state control and related action plans into practice, and help draft regulations, instructions and procedural acts on control processes. You will also prepare informative notes, analytical reports and risk-analysis documents, follow the legal procedures for the inspectorate's control activity, and give methodological and informational help to management and to other subdivisions, so that inspections are consistent, well planned and properly documented.

Requirements
Applicants must hold citizenship of the Republic of Moldova, have full legal capacity, be under 63 years of age, be fit for the role on health grounds, and meet the standard public-service conditions on prior dismissal, criminal record and disqualification stated in the official announcement. A bachelor's or master's degree in jurisprudence or public administration is required, with at least 1 year of experience in jurisprudence or public administration. Good skills in analysis, drafting and working with information are required.
Benefits
Permanent public-service post in Chisinau. Salary from 9,330 MDL per month, plus supplements and other salary payments provided by legislation in force, as stated in the official announcement.
