About the role
The German Federal Pension Insurance seeks a process manager for its building management division in Berlin. You will map, analyse and document business processes with a focus on process reliability, fewer interfaces and risk management, drive quality assurance through standards, training and improvement initiatives, optimise processes continuously on the basis of audits, analyses and feedback, prepare audit reports and coordinate the resulting measures. You need a completed university degree (Bachelor or Diplom FH), ideally in quality management, business administration or industrial engineering, at least two years of process management experience within the last three years, and practical experience modelling processes with BPMN software such as ADONIS. The post is permanent, paid at TVöD-Bund E 12, with flexitime and mobile working. Apply by 30 November 2026.
