About the role
The Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL), Luxembourg's central bank, is recruiting a Records & Information Manager for its Documentation, Archives and Information Management Unit. This is a full-time post on a permanent contract, for a specialist who will define and run the Bank's electronic document and information management framework. You will ensure the operational management of the Bank's electronic documents and records: setting the policies, rules and processes that govern how documents are created, filed, kept and retrieved, and making sure business processes are coherent and compliant with the Bank's requirements. You will help define the functional needs of the document management platform and work with the IT teams on its development and maintenance, define and run user test scenarios, and monitor the platform's performance. A central part of the role is classification: you will design and maintain the filing plan and classification systems, organise records according to records management principles, and contribute to information governance improvement programmes. You will also provide second-level functional support to users, train colleagues and the key-user community, and produce the procedures and documentation that make the framework usable. The role also brings an international dimension, with exchanges and collaboration with other central banks of the Eurosystem and the European System of Central Banks. No salary is stated in the official vacancy notice. Candidates must be nationals of a European Union Member State. Applications close on 26 November 2026 and are submitted directly through the Central Bank's careers site, as stated in the official vacancy notice.
