About the role
The VA in Des Moines, Iowa, is recruiting a Registered Nurse — Nursing Supervisor to lead complex, facility-wide patient-care operations, coordinating staffing, resources, access and emergency response while serving as the facility nursing expert. The role covers assessment, medication and treatment administration, crisis response, and quality improvement across units, It requires an accredited nursing education, current unrestricted registration, and experience at the applicable Nurse I–III level. The appointment is temporary, not to exceed one year, on an intermittent basis, with pay of $81,520 to $139,138 per year at AD 00 on a full-time-equivalent basis, prorated for hours worked. Requirements
