About the role

Ocean Oasis Hotel Dominica, located at Castle Comfort near Roseau, is hiring a Restaurant Server to join its food and beverage team. This is a guest-facing role at the heart of the hotel's dining experience. As Restaurant Server you will welcome guests warmly, present menus and explain dishes and specials, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. You will set and clear tables, attend to guest requests and dietary needs, handle billing with care, and work closely with kitchen and bar colleagues to ensure smooth, timely service throughout each sitting. The ideal candidate brings a friendly, polished demeanour, good communication skills and the stamina for a busy dining room. Previous serving experience is welcome, but motivated newcomers with the right attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
