About the role
Halo BPO is hiring Sales Agents to work remotely from home in Belize. This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy sales conversations and want earnings that grow with tenure. As a Sales Agent you will handle outbound or inbound sales calls, present products and services persuasively, answer customer questions, overcome objections and close sales in line with team targets. You will log call outcomes accurately, follow up with prospects, and maintain the professional, upbeat phone presence that represents the Halo BPO brand. The role offers a clear pay progression: starting at $8.50 per hour, rising to $9.00 from week two and $10.00 from day thirty. You will need a quiet home workspace, a reliable internet connection and a headset, plus the discipline to thrive in a remote team. If you are persuasive, resilient and hungry to earn, this is a straightforward path to a remote sales career from anywhere in Belize.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident telephone manner - Previous sales, telesales or call-centre experience is an advantage but not required - Quiet home workspace with reliable internet and a computer with headset - Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working remotely as part of a distributed team
