About the role
DSV, the global transport and logistics group, is looking for a Solution Designer to join its team in Warsaw (job location Warsaw, Masovian, 02-677). The role sits within DSV's global digital portfolio and focuses on requirements engineering and solution design for digital products used across the business. In this position you will gather and analyse requirements from internal and external customers, prioritise and specify demands against the digital portfolio and project scope, and judge feasibility against IT and business guidelines and strategy. You will define solution concepts and system specifications, work closely with business stakeholders and the internal IT development team, and support transferring solutions into production together with development, test and operations colleagues. The work is agile and iterative, aimed at delivering MVPs and maximising product value, and includes advising internal customers on digital solution processes and sharing know-how across the portfolio. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field Ideally multiple years of experience in logistics, business analysis or IT demand management Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, specification and verification Experience identifying process improvements and coordinating their implementation Track record in agile product development or experience with agile methodologies Fluent business English, written and spoken, and excellent MS Office skills
