About the role
Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. (Zijin Mining Group) is seeking a Superintendent of Mill Operations for its gold processing plant in Brokopondo, Suriname. This is a senior, full-time, on-site leadership role on a 14-days-on / 7-days-off rotation, reporting into the processing management structure. You will lead the milling operation — the heart of the gold recovery process: overseeing crushing, grinding, leaching and refining circuits, managing shift teams, driving metallurgical performance and recovery, and ensuring the plant runs safely at target throughput. This is a role for a proven processing leader who can balance production, cost and safety every single day. Requirements
Extensive experience in gold processing / mill operations, including leadership roles. Strong metallurgical knowledge: crushing, grinding, leaching circuits. Proven ability to lead large operational teams safely. Track record of delivering throughput, recovery and cost targets. Willingness to work a 14/7 rotation in Brokopondo, Suriname.
