Hidden Iceland, a Reykjavik-based tour operator known for its small-group adventures across Iceland's dramatic landscapes, is hiring a Travel Expert (Ferðaráðgjafi) to join its full-time team. Hidden Iceland specialises in taking travellers beyond the usual tourist routes — into highlands, hidden waterfalls and remote corners of the island. As a Travel Expert you will design and sell tailor-made itineraries, advise travellers on routes, seasons and experiences, handle bookings and customer inquiries, and share your passion for Iceland with guests from around the world. You will be part of a team that lives and breathes Icelandic travel, combining deep local knowledge with warm, personal service that turns trips into lifelong memories. This is a full-time position in Reykjavik, Iceland, with a hybrid working arrangement. It suits someone who knows Iceland's regions and roads well, loves helping travellers, and thrives in a fast-paced seasonal business.
