This is a full-time role for a commercially sharp professional who will own the performance of key product categories on the platform. The company promotes its flexible #ModoPeYa way of working. As Category Principal you will define the strategy for your categories: assortment, pricing and promotions, partner relationships and growth initiatives. You will work with data daily, negotiate with vendors and coordinate with marketing and operations to hit ambitious targets in one of the region's most competitive consumer markets. Requirements
Experience in category management, e-commerce or commercial roles. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making. Negotiation experience with suppliers or commercial partners. Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset. Availability to work in Montevideo full-time.
