About the role
Transcom is a global specialist in customer experience, and its Bosnian operation is hiring German-speaking Customer Experience Specialists to support the customers of an online banking client. The role is based in Zenica, with the initial training also offered from the Tuzla office, and the advertised position title in the original posting is "Specijalista za korisnicko iskustvo u oblasti online bankarstva na njemackom jeziku". Day to day, you will help banking customers with questions about account balances and available funds, changes to their personal data, monitoring activity on their accounts, checking documentation, current interest rates, deposits and withdrawals, and a range of other queries about their savings accounts. The aim is to resolve each enquiry efficiently while giving customers a consistently positive experience. Transcom offers both full-time and part-time schedules (part-time from a minimum of six working hours per day), an 11-day training programme with transport costs or paid hotel accommodation covered for candidates from outside Tuzla or Zenica, and the option to work from home after training.
