In this role you will handle inbound customer contacts about bookings and purchases of services or goods. You will manage customer requests, clarify doubts, and represent the brand with a consistently positive attitude. Day to day, that includes handling changes and adjustments, dealing with complaints and resolving other customer concerns, while treating confidential and sensitive information with care.
