About the role

Tranemo kommun is looking for a unit manager (enhetschef) for Glimringe, a care and nursing home (vård- och omsorgsboende), for a permanent, full-time post in Tranemo. You will lead the home's day-to-day work, support and develop your staff, and take responsibility for quality, working environment and finances in close cooperation with residents, relatives and colleagues. Responsibilities

- Lead and support staff at Glimringe care and nursing home - Take responsibility for quality, working environment and finances - Plan and follow up daily care work with residents in focus - Cooperate with residents, relatives, colleagues and other services

Requirements

Experience of leadership in health or social care, good Swedish spoken and written, and a structured, people-centred leadership style. Relevant education in care, social work or leadership is an advantage.

Preferred qualifications

Experience of elderly care or care-home management; knowledge of Swedish social care legislation.
