Field Operations Engineer

About the role

Printec Group, a leader in business-to-customer transaction technologies in Central and Eastern Europe for 35 years, is seeking a Field Operations Engineer (Customer Service Engineer) for its operations in Tirana, Albania. Printec's solutions cover everything from parcel delivery and unattended machines to digital onboarding and electronic signatures, and its engineers keep those systems running for banks and retailers across the region. In this customer-facing technical role you will provide post-sale support that keeps Printec products performing well and customers satisfied. Day to day that means on-site installations and upgrades, working alone or as part of a team, resolving routine maintenance incidents, supporting the administration and troubleshooting of customer systems, and visiting customers to deliver one-to-one service and handle feedback or complaints. You will also help produce pre-installation documentation with task lists and work plans, repair and replace modules and parts at the Service Centre, keep evidence of replaced modules and spare parts, and report regularly to function management. Requirements

Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in electronic, telecommunications or electrical engineering is preferred Preferably 1+ years of related field service or technical support experience Valid category B driving licence Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills and ability to work with customers Knowledge of English and the local language
