About the role

adidas is a global sportswear company, and adidas Hong Kong runs its Greater China graduate programme from Hong Kong. This Graduate Trainee vacancy, based in Kwun Tong, is the Product and Retail Trainee stream of the adidas Hong Kong Graduate Program for the 2027 intake, with an application deadline of 15 November 2026. Over 24 months, trainees take on meaningful rotations across commercial functions such as Product Management, Retail Operations, and Business Planning and Development, building a broad view of the business and learning by doing while contributing to how adidas creates products and retail experiences for the athlete. Trainees are supported by experienced leaders and mentors, and they join the Greater China Graduate Program community, learning alongside fellow graduates through business and leadership workshops, cross-functional exposure and opportunities to grow their network. Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Retail Management, Textile and Manufacturing or a relevant discipline, with a strong academic record No more than 24 months of full-time postgraduate work experience A genuine passion for sport, fashion, retail, consumer experience and the adidas brand, with commercial awareness and an interest in consumer and market trends Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, a team-player mindset and agility, resilience and enthusiasm for learning Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Chinese, and an international mindset with openness to mobility
