Sales Executive

About the role

Regent Porto Montenegro, the 175-room luxury IHG hotel on the Boka Bay waterfront in Tivat, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its commercial team. The Venetian-style property sits within the 460-berth Porto Montenegro marina destination and is home to five restaurants and bars, advanced meeting facilities and the Regent Spa, giving its sales team a flagship five-star product to take to market. Your day-to-day work will be to implement sales action plans to achieve and exceed set goals, collect data and keep databases updated, prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and monitor market trends. You will develop business through contracts and bids for partners, organise and attend hospitality fairs, sales meetings, promotional events and individual business trips, and communicate with potential and existing clients across segments including MICE, familiarisation trips, business lunches and dinners and office visits. Working under the Director of Sales and Marketing and alongside the Marketing Department, you will cover defined market segments and support the hotel's social media channels when required. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience within hospitality Bachelor's degree in economics, tourism, hospitality or a related field Excellent communication skills in Montenegrin and English Knowledge of a five-star hotel reservation system Passion for hospitality and sales Positive attitude and approachable style
