About the role
UNICEF Tajikistan is engaging an international consultant for a six-month consultancy (50 working days) to develop a Green Climate Fund (GCF) concept note and pre-feasibility study. Working remotely and home-based with two in-country missions, you will shape a funding proposal that could unlock major climate finance for children in Tajikistan: conducting the pre-feasibility analysis, drafting the concept note to GCF standards, and liaising with government and partners. This is specialized, high-stakes consultancy work for an expert in climate finance proposal development. Requirements
