About the role
This is a fully remote Lead Product Designer role at HighLevel, the Dallas-based marketing SaaS and CRM company serving over one million businesses. As an individual-contributor design lead, you will set the bar for design craft: leading product design on key initiatives, evolving the design system and mentoring fellow designers. Your days will involve deep product thinking, high-quality interface design, partnering with engineering and product managers, and balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints. This is a lead role for a designer who combines exceptional craft with systems thinking and a track record of shipping products people love.
Requirements
You have 7+ years of product design experience with exceptional craft and systems thinking. You have mentored designers and balanced user needs, business goals and technical constraints. You communicate your design decisions clearly and collaborate well.
