About the role
Mattilsynet, the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, is recruiting two content design advisers (rådgiver innholdsdesigner) for its content design team in Oslo. These are permanent, full-time posts, worked in daytime on weekdays, with flexible working hours and up to two home-office days per week. The team works to make content on mattilsynet.no and other digital channels clear, relevant and easy to use, so that users can follow the rules, make good choices and find out what applies to them. The work includes developing, structuring and improving digital content from user needs, making complex rules and subject matter understandable, leading and facilitating content design processes with professional groups, content owners and product teams, gathering and using insight from users and data to prioritise, test and improve content over time, managing and developing the content model for mattilsynet.no with the rest of the team, ensuring content is clear, accessible and written in plain language, and developing common methods, principles and ways of working for content design in Mattilsynet. The posts are offered as adviser (1434) or senior adviser (1364), with pay by agreement depending on education and experience; no numeric salary figure is stated, so none is shown here. The original announcement is in Norwegian. How to apply: apply electronically through the official NAV Arbeidsplassen listing for this vacancy, using the apply link on this page, no later than 16 November 2026, uploading certificates via Vitnemålsportalen as described in the listing.
