About the role
TBC, one of Georgia's leading banking and financial services groups, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its product teams in Tbilisi. The designer will own features end to end, from understanding the problem and designing the solution to making sure the shipped experience works for customers. The role involves talking to customers, analysing data, mapping customer journeys, defining success measures and making research-backed decisions, while working closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, researchers and writers. The designer will also help keep TBC's design system consistent and useful across products. TBC offers health insurance fully covered by the company, a laptop and design tools, and experienced product teams to work with. The position follows a hybrid schedule with office days Monday to Wednesday in Tbilisi. Requirements
- Based in Tbilisi and able to work in the office Monday to Wednesday (hybrid schedule) - 3-4 years of experience designing products in cross-functional teams - Strong portfolio with real, shipped work (links to apps or websites preferred) - Experience with product thinking, user research, visual and interaction design - Strong Figma and design system skills - Banking or fintech background is a plus
