About the role
Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its Knowledge Graph product in Grafana Cloud — the context layer that powers the entity graph, entity catalog and RCA workbench. The Knowledge Graph automatically discovers services, infrastructure and databases from a customer's existing telemetry and maps how they depend on each other, so engineers and SREs can understand their systems and resolve incidents faster without writing queries or maintaining alert rules. The designer will translate research and data into clear experiences, break down complex problems for different audiences, and work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, technical writing, go-to-market teams and fellow designers inside a fully remote research and development organisation. Contributing to qualitative and quantitative research is part of the role. The US base salary stated for this role is USD 143,000 to USD 180,000 per year, plus equity and bonus where applicable. This is a remote position for candidates in the US and Canada, with East Coast US/Canada preferred, although other time zones may be considered for exceptional candidates.
