About the role
EF Education First is offering an Operations Trainee rotation at its Zurich headquarters — fully office-based, running six to nine months. You will rotate across global operations teams covering tour planning and delivery, procurement, customer support, bookings, and supplier coordination. It is a hands-on entry point into operations at a major international education company, with start dates available between mid-November 2026 and February 2027. This is a temporary, 100% office-based placement in Zurich for six to nine months. EF is a privately held international education company founded in Sweden in 1965 by Bertil Hult. It runs language schools, educational travel, academic degree programmes and cultural exchange across 114 countries, making it one of the world's largest private education providers.
Requirements
Interest in operations, travel, or the education sector; hands-on, adaptable working style suited to rotations; availability for a 6–9 month full-time placement in Zurich.
