About the role
Lead primary care for veterans as a Physician in Primary Care at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Wisconsin, heading a Patient Aligned Care Team and managing a patient panel across the medical centre and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics. You will provide comprehensive primary care, coordinate treatment, and guide a multidisciplinary team focused on whole-person health. Applicants need a medical degree, a completed primary-care residency and an active medical licence. A sign-on bonus is approved for this role, and it is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program for student-loan repayment. It is open to the public and to federal employees, paying $260,000 to $315,000 per year at VM-15. Applications close on 5 November 2026.
