About the role
The Guerrero State Public Security Secretariat is recruiting a penitentiary security and custody police officer (Policía de Seguridad y Custodia Penitenciaria) for service in Iguala de la Independencia, Guerrero. This is a full-time, on-site security role working in a custodial setting, supporting the safe custody and supervision of people in state custody. The work is carried out on selected days from 06:00 to 18:00 on a rotating schedule, and officers serve as part of a disciplined, team-based unit, following the institution's rules and procedures. The position pays a monthly net salary of MXN 10,000 and is open to applicants with secondary or technical secondary education and no previous experience. Travel is required for this posting.
