About the role
Midnite is hiring a Product Design Director to lead design across its remote product team full-time. You will set the design vision and standards for Midnite's sportsbook and casino products, guiding designers and partnering with product and engineering leadership. You will own the end-to-end design strategy, run design reviews, shape the research agenda and keep the experience fast, trustworthy and enjoyable for players.
