About the role

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia is hiring a Supervisory Law Enforcement Training Manager to serve as its senior law enforcement subject-matter expert. You will plan, direct and run the agency's law enforcement training, shaping the training and career-development policy and programmes delivered through the Office of Human Resources' Training and Career Development Center. The work blends strategy with hands-on leadership: you will set direction for how officers are trained and developed, provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff, and make sure training keeps pace with the agency's supervision mission. This senior, full-time role suits an experienced law enforcement professional who can lead a programme, influence policy and mentor others. Pay is $143,913 to $187,093 per year. Applications close on 6 November 2026 and are open to United States Citizens, including career transition and Veterans categories.
