About the role
Ängelholms kommun is recruiting four hourly substitute workers (timvikarier) for Åsbytorp, its newly built special housing in Strövelstorp. At Åsbytorp, staff work together across seven departments to give residents the best possible quality of life: a respite care department, four somatic departments and two departments focused on cognitive impairment. Through close cooperation the home offers safe, person-centred and high-quality care with warmth and joy. As an assistant nurse here, no two days are alike. With an individual-centred approach you adapt your support to each resident's condition that day and make use of their abilities. The work includes qualified nursing and care measures based on residents' needs, and an important part of the role is helping residents live a meaningful life through social meetings, activities and time outdoors. Work is planned from individual implementation plans, and every employee takes great responsibility for how the service runs and develops. You will work close to residents and play a key role in the team together with colleagues, unit managers, nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. The posts are part-time, fixed-term hourly substitute roles, starting by agreement, with a well-planned introduction and active learning within the work group. Please quote reference C351735 in your application. No salary amount is stated in the official listing, which gives only a fixed monthly, weekly or hourly pay type.
