About the role
The National Institute for Training in Education (IFEN) in Walferdange is looking for a training offer designer to join its career development unit. You will help shape the training on offer to teachers and other education staff across Luxembourg. Your work will start with comparative studies of existing training programmes and an analysis of what schools and educators actually need, and continue through the design of new training offers - themes, formats and learner journeys - for both face-to-face and online learning. You will turn training requests into concrete training actions: defining target audiences and learning objectives, finding trainers, and working with partner organisations. You will also monitor and adapt the existing training catalogue, support schools that want to set up in-house training, evaluate the offers and welcome participants and trainers. This is a full-time position based in Walferdange, open to nationals of an EU Member State as a civil servant post in career group A2 (by transfer, admission to traineeship or open competition) or as a state employee on a permanent contract. Applications close on 16 November 2026. Reference: G26000756.
