About the role
The National Youth Service's Cinqfontaines educational centre is looking for a project officer to shape, run and follow up activities and projects for young people. Working with the rest of the team, you will turn ideas for artistic and creative activities into concrete offers adapted to the centre's audiences, plan their delivery with contributors and partners, and coordinate national and European projects such as youth exchanges and training events. You will handle the administrative, organisational and financial management of your projects, track their progress, evaluate them and document them so the centre can keep improving its offer. You will also build and maintain a network of artists, cultural contributors and partners, help make the centre's activities visible, and encourage young people to take part and get involved in designing projects. Occasional animation of activities, training sessions and meetings, plus travel in Luxembourg and abroad, are part of the role. This is a full-time post for a master's-level candidate with experience in project design, management and evaluation, offered under the civil servant trainee or change-of-administration routes.
