About the role
Aris Mining Toroparu Inc. is looking for a Utility Operator — a multi-skilled heavy equipment operator — for its operations in Guyana, based out of Georgetown. This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced operator who can run several types of mining and earthmoving equipment safely and productively. Your day-to-day will involve operating equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers or graders (depending on your certifications), supporting pit and site operations, performing pre-start checks and working closely with supervisors to hit production targets. Safety is non-negotiable in this role, and multi-skilled operators who can flex across machines are highly valued. Applications are submitted by email to recruitment@etkmining.com. Aris Mining is advancing the Toroparu project, one of Guyana's significant gold developments, so this is a chance to join a growing operation early. If you hold heavy equipment certifications and have mining or construction site experience, send your application.
Requirements
Proven experience operating heavy mining or earthmoving equipment. Valid equipment operator certifications/licenses. Strong safety record and knowledge of mine site safety procedures. Ability to operate multiple machine types (multi-skilled). Willingness to work on site in Guyana on a full-time roster.
