About the role
Cloud Rexpo (Pvt.) Ltd. is offering an office-based Virtual Assistant Training Program for fresh graduates, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role supporting US-based clients. What we offer: - 30 days comprehensive PAID training (training allowance PKR 1,500 per working day) - PKR 60,000 base salary + PKR 20,000 retention bonus after successful training - PKR 10,000 grocery bonus and PKR 5,000 punctuality bonus - International exposure, professional development and career growth - Paid time off and wellness programs, performance-based promotions Training hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to US-based clients - CRM management and lead tracking - Social media marketing and content creation - Create designs and videos using Canva and CapCut - Client communication and virtual presentations - Join Zoom meetings and communicate professionally - Documentation, compliance and record keeping
Requirements
Open to fresh graduates who are organised, proactive and tech-savvy, with confident communication skills and a genuine interest in building a career in a professional international work environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must be willing to work office-based night-shift hours (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday – Friday) in Rawalpindi.
