About the role
This is a fully remote VP, Pricing & Packaging role at Delinea, a cybersecurity company specialising in privileged access management for enterprises. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own pricing and packaging strategy as a core lever of company growth. You will design and evolve the pricing architecture across Delinea's product portfolio, covering SaaS subscription models, licensing structures, packaging tiers and discount frameworks that balance revenue growth with market competitiveness. The role blends deep analytical rigour with cross-functional leadership: you will build pricing models, run scenario analysis, and partner with product, sales, finance and marketing teams to launch new offerings and refine existing ones. You will define how value is communicated and captured across customer segments, from mid-market to enterprise, and shape the monetisation strategy behind new product releases. Candidates must have US work authorisation; sponsorship is not available for this role.
Requirements
You bring proven leadership experience in pricing and packaging, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity. You are fluent in pricing modelling and scenario analysis, with hands-on experience designing licensing and discount structures. You partner effectively across product, sales and finance, and you communicate pricing strategy clearly to senior stakeholders. You hold US work authorisation.
