About the role
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency is hiring an Associate Director to head its Trust Decision organisation, based at Fort Meade, Maryland, with a second location in Quantico, Virginia. You will oversee high-volume adjudicative determinations for personnel vetting, setting quality and performance standards, driving process modernisation, and managing the budget and workforce behind this critical national-security function. This is a senior executive-level leadership role for someone who can run a large, complex operation while keeping fairness, accuracy and timeliness in balance.
