About the role
Keep canteen accounts in order in Saint Louis, Missouri, as a VCS Accounting Technician I with the Veterans Canteen Service. You will review and process accounting documents, respond to customer ticket enquiries, route invoices and related records, communicate cash discrepancies to customers, and review daily cash variances and related reports. Applicants need a high-school diploma or GED and experience in accounting, bookkeeping or office work, with accuracy, attention to detail and clear written communication.
