Client Success Specialist

About the role

Nasdaq is hiring a Client Success Specialist for Nasdaq CSD Iceland in Reykjavik. Nasdaq CSD (Central Securities Depository) provides the post-trade infrastructure for Iceland's securities market, and the client success team ensures that banks, brokers and issuers get excellent service every day. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for CSD clients: onboarding new participants, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure clients get full value from Nasdaq's post-trade services. You will work closely with operations and product teams, contribute to service improvements, and help maintain the trust that underpins a critical piece of national financial infrastructure. This is a permanent position in Reykjavik, Iceland, with a hybrid working arrangement. It is ideal for a service-minded professional with an interest in financial markets — you do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable with complex systems and enjoy building long-term client relationships. Requirements

Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in finance or B2B services Strong communication skills in English; Icelandic is an advantage Comfortable learning complex systems and explaining them clearly Proactive, organised and calm under pressure Genuine interest in financial markets and post-trade services
