In this role you will handle customer inquiries across channels: tracking shipments, resolving issues, coordinating with operational teams and keeping clients informed at every step. You will need to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and follow through until each case is resolved. It is a role where reliability and empathy directly shape the customer experience. The position is full-time and on-site in Chișinău, Moldova.
