About the role

Mali's Ministry of Labour, Civil Service and Social Dialogue has opened direct recruitment competitions into the State Civil Service for the 2026 budget year, with 1,122 posts across categories A, B2, B1 and C. The posts cover almost all State civil-service corps (11 corps reported), so successful candidates will join ministries and public services across the administration in roles matching their corps and category. The competitions were announced by ministerial communiqué signed 9 October 2026 under interministerial orders dated 21 September 2026, and the conditions for each corps are set in the relevant order. Application files are filed on working days at the National Centre for Civil Service Competitions (CNCFP) in Bamako, or with the governors of the Kayes, Sikasso, Ségou, Mopti, Tombouctou, Gao and Koutiala regions, from 14 October to 13 November 2026 at 16:00 — a strict deadline (délai de rigueur). Candidates from regions not listed may register at a regional or district centre of their choice. Competition exams run from 9 to 24 January 2027 in Kayes, Sikasso, Ségou, Mopti, Tombouctou, Gao, Koutiala and the District of Bamako. See the listing page linked below for the announcement and filing details for your corps.
