About the role
The Commander, Navy Installations Command is hiring a Regional Employee Experience Specialist for Keyport, Washington, to lead the region's Employee Experience Program. As the principal Regional Training and Performance Improvement Specialist, you will supervise a team of Employee Experience Specialists and oversee how the region welcomes, trains and keeps its people. Your work will span coordinating and delivering classroom and virtual training, directing onboarding and retention efforts, leading academic partnerships and student internships, and designing employee surveys and executive outbriefs that turn feedback into action. The role is full-time with up to 50% travel in the local commuting area, and the announcement may also be used to fill future vacancies for up to three months after closure. It suits an experienced training and people-development leader who can run a programme and a team. Pay is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
