About the role
Dubai Airports is the government operator of Dubai's airports, managing Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International (DWC). The organisation is hiring a Senior Specialist, P2P & Contract Management to support its procurement and finance function. In this role, you will support procure-to-pay and contract management activities across the business. This includes raising and tracking purchase requisitions and purchase orders, supporting tendering and contract administration processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and helping ensure procurement activity complies with company policies and procedures. You will also contribute to reporting and analysis supporting the procurement function. The role is on-site in Dubai and full-time. Candidates with experience of Oracle ERP, Tejari and advanced Excel will be at an advantage, and a CIPS qualification is considered a plus.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; 6 months to 3 years of procurement experience; Oracle ERP experience preferred; knowledge of Tejari; advanced Excel skills; CIPS qualification an advantage.
