Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Officer – HR Strategy and Implementation (GMG/SEG 3)

About the role

The Ministry of Finance and the Public Service is seeking a Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Officer – HR Strategy and Implementation (GMG/SEG 3) in Kingston. This on-site, full-time role turns workforce strategy into action, helping the ministry plan the people, skills and roles it will need in the years ahead. A typical day will involve working with managers on workforce plans, analysing staffing gaps, drafting strategy papers and implementation plans, and tracking progress against agreed milestones. You will coordinate with human resource teams, support change initiatives, and prepare clear briefs for senior officials. The post is offered at J$5,457,937 per annum. Requirements
