About the role
The National Reception Office in Luxembourg-Kirchberg is looking for two medical expenses accountants to join its finance team on a fixed-term basis until 28 February 2029. In this full-time, on-site role you will check and record medical expense claims, verify supporting documents, and make sure reimbursements are processed accurately and on time. A typical day involves reviewing invoices and payment requests, entering data in the office's accounting system, following up on missing information with colleagues and partners, and helping prepare regular reports on expenditure. You will work closely with the finance team and with staff who support people accommodated by the office, so accuracy, discretion and clear communication matter.
