Qualified English-speaking Psychologist (m/f/d)

About the role

The Centre psycho-social et d'accompagnement scolaires (CePAS) is looking for a qualified English-speaking psychologist for its Youth and Family Consultation Centre (South). You will provide individual and group counselling and psychological care to young people and their families, administer psychometric tests, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with schools and the psycho-social and educational network, supervise interns, and provide expert input in response to requests from the centre's management. This is a permanent, full-time state employee post (CDI) in grade A1, based in the south of the country and in Luxembourg City. The role is open to all nationalities, including third-country nationals, and applications are made by email. Applications close on 25 November 2026.

Responsibilities

Requirements

- Master's degree (level 7) in psychology or a related field - At least 3 years of professional experience - No specific nationality required - open to third-country nationals (as stated in the official posting) - Elementary level of French and Luxembourgish, with a willingness to learn Luxembourgish - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in psychological and therapeutic counselling in the school environment
